Original Joe's San Francisco
A concept evolution of the original restaurant on Taylor Street which opened in 1937 and closed due to a fire in 2007. Many artifacts were saved after the fire and feature prominently in the new 7,800 square foot restaurant design. Original Joe’s is located on Union Street in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco.
